Challenge
The directors had transformed the business into a service-based fee model. They needed marketing support to raise their profile in the local community and regularly communicate with their clients.
Solution
We created a client value proposition, then started a local networking group - the Hoddesdon Professional Connections Breakfast Club - to build relationships with other professional firms. A new quarterly newsletter with a 'community feel' keeps them in regular contact with their clients.
